I've had mine off for about a year now, can't even tell it's not there. I've got adjustable struts though and have them set pretty tight on the street.

k im not tryin to start an arguement with...you help me out with a lot of stuff and really im very thankful for it. cuz its a big help and u seem like a good person. but as far as illegal stuff...ive seen your videos on youtube..all of them, there only one thats compeletly legal which is the walk around the car..the others arent very legal intended if u ask me. as far as me street racing. i havent street raced in 8 months.
and after i get my s/c i dont plan on it either, i plan on racing it strickly at track(1/4, 1/8mile). yea street racing might be different then your videos, but a cop would condsider 5-95 racing if another car is so much as behind you or in front. and donuts arent sumthin i'd do in front of a cop.
IM NOT tryin to rag on you OR ANYTHING. your a great help to me and alot of ppl on this site, if u dont want to help with this then that is fine
(no offense was intended at all in this)

Had mine off for over a year. I do have lowering springs and adjustable struts. In addition, it is not my dd. It is very easy to drop the sway bar. If you have any doubts, I would recommend you leave it on for dd and drop it prior to heading to the track. Takes less than 20 minutes to drop it.

we are beating the dead horse here, everyone has already commented on this once, no need to make multiple threads about the same topic:

another debate thread on the same topic before your previous post:

body roll is kind of bad, but i have no track times to prove a difference yet, it has been too hot down in GA to get decent times...

mainly removed for weight transfer and launch. i have a lot of power up top but have a poor 60', and if i can get the 60' down a tenth, i can cut my 1/4 down .4-.5 seconds

may i suggest locking the rear so you dont waste a single tire at the box...

you should check out my thread from the first time i went to the track last winter to get the basics. also, going with a buddy is a good thing. it isnt bad to race it stock and then do mods to see what really works. i tell most people now that gears and tune are top mods because gears alone shaved a half second off my e/t
