they r in the states how would i do this?? and when i emailed the guy initially cuz i noticed right away the bolt pattern was wrong he said just use 2 bolts then

hows that for direct OEM replacement eh

I see. Try demanding to speak to a supervisor or manager. Ask them for phone numbers to their head office, and tell him you will climb the food chain as high as you have to, and with each step you take you will ensure that you spread the news of how they treat customers on every car forum you are part of, and they number many.

Also sent them this email I buttered it up a bit about the car forum thing lol

Email #4 and im documenting these i have filed a paypal money back dispute. ive also like i stated talked to accel they stated that the DO NOT make a coil for 2001-2004 v6 mustangs because of the differences i already told you about this is something u should have known and informed me about and mentioned on your ebay advertisement. your account will be frozen soon. this could have been avoided with a simple response. and dont say that you did reply and i didn't get it because i have your email address in my address book there for no spam filter.

I also started a thread about your ad in 3 different Mustang performance forums and 100% of the 50 people that replied agree that i deserve my money back and that your ad was miss leading. and they also commented on the fact that you should know these things about the products you sell. you are a performance shop for god sakes.

now i got called childish, says he already told me he would take it back if that was the case i would have shipped it already.... what a douche. i told him "no you did not tell me i could send it back, infact you didnt even reply to any of my emails till i filed the dispute with paypal. i even asked for a simple RMA# as per your instruction in your ad... no reply. your brushing me off. im not being childish im pissed off cuz i wouldst even be in this situation if you would know the products you sell."

lol left me negative feedback on ebay saying i miss ordered. so i left him some saying i miss ordered because his advertisement was misleading.

2 can play at this. anyways he agreed to give me a full refund even shipping. cuz i told him that i posted it on mustang forums and he is all worried and is begging me to remove it now.
