While straight through mufflers like magnaflow will give you more performance than something like flowmaster, their are SEVERAL straight through mufflers that will outflow magnaflows. (independent test not magnaflow claims)

yes but they sound aweful on our even firing v6's

the side exhaust kits sound bad IMO. if you do decide to get the roush kit, replace the mufflers with flows or macs

Yeah but they sound like crap. Plus, let's face it...the exhaust by itself isn't going to give you much in the way of HP gains, so it is better to get something that sounds better. As opposed to getting something that gives 1-2 more HP and sounds like shit. But as has already been stated, it's all about personal preferences. If you think side exhaust looks and sounds good...go for it. If you think strait back duals look and sound better, then that's the way to go. IMHO a flowmaster true dual looks and sounds best. But that is just my opinion.

my comment was based on the their performing superiority that SSS mentioned. And borla side exhaust sounds alot better than the roush. I really want to post a sound clip but cant
