Me vs. srt

I wanna know how fast these things are and what a new edge needs to take a stock one. I'm talking about dodge neon srts btw.

sixer new edge. I believe they're a turbod 4 cylinder.

And more so on the top end. I can get them from a dig up to about 120 or so, and then they walk me.

I thought they ran high 15's? So I'm guessing cam, tuner, 3.73's, cai, dual exhaust, ported intakes, short shifter, and an aluminum driveshaft wont do it? I shoulda kept my nitrous kit haha

Nah. Stock they will run high 13's, and they have great top end, and just seem to keep pulling and pulling on the highway.

The 04-05 SRT-4 Neon makes 230 hp & 250 lb-ft of torque, and the car only weighs 2850 lbs. or so.

Yeah they're quick little bastards. I drive mostly highway, so most of my....extra curricular activity is done at...uhhhh....past the speed limit, let's say.

I've beaten a few of them, and a couple have beaten me, and when my ride was stock, they would almost always walk me after about 120 mph. No way of knowing if the ones I played with were stock or not though, but they are indeed quick little suckers......but our cars still look 100x better. lol

the most likely weren't stock...... it shouldn't have that much pull top end......

Stock 2007 Mustang GT top speed: 147 mph.

Stock 2004 SRT-4 top speed: 153 mph.

just buy all the cobra parts and the adapter, the few custom parts are you u need to be concerned about.

that could be limited by the gear ratio.......

just cause somethign can go faster topend doesn't mean it should have more pull.....
