Is this normal?

Ok so I install my CAI earlier this week. When you start it up, until it warms up you hear it pulling in air really fast and hard, then when you turn it off you hear it push all the air back out. Those are both normal sounds from what I know. What i don't think is normal is right after you turn it off it making this sneaky noise. Its like like with you step on your fogs squeaky toy. Its one solid/long speak, it only goes for like 3 secs. but is that normal. I don't think any of my rubber fittings are loose and I don't know what else it could be...

Ok the whistle noise i'm hearing is normal(its like the air swooshing through the intake tube or w/e). The noise I don't get is the seaky toy noise after I turn the car off, its not really attractive.
