Oil Change and Seafoam
I NEED to change my oil, its pretty overdue. I want to run seafoam in the vacuum line tomorrow as well. QEUSTION- If I don't add the seafoam in the crankcase at the same time is that bad? I don't want to put it in my new oil, because I'll prob run it for 4k or so cuz its mobil 1. I dont want the seafoam in there for over 3k miles. Should I just wait like 2000 miles and then do the complete seafoam treatment instead of just doing the vacuum line tomorrow?

You should change your oil within 300-500 miles after you add seafoam. You either need to put the seafoam in the crankcase tomorrow and wait a week to change your oil, or you can change your oil and wait 3600 miles before you put the seafoam in

its advised that you do both at the same time... you don't want any of that sludge off the cylinder or valves or piston to work its way into the crank case ... wait till your close to your next oil change
