Need some opinions

Ok aside from Nitrious, s/c and t/c, what are reasionable ways to increase hp? I am sitting at the standard 150 and want to be somewhere around 200 hp. When I hit that 200 hp then i want to look into spray and or s/c. Also it takes some thime for me to get money, but what are some things i could ask for my b-day aside from money that someone would accually get me....

gears or a t-lok, if you would be willing to buy the other and get them installed

wouldn't increase horsepower, but would make your car faster

What does a t-lock do? Also I can spend about 100 a month....

it allows both wheels to spin. you get much better traction with one.
