idling

hey i seem to be having trouble with it idling. it seems as if it has a real bad tune or something. it is idling unevenly and sounds awful. and it only does this when it is in gear. not when in P or N. and when i put it in gear and let off the brake it jerks as the rpms go up and down. and when i slightly get on it it jerks horribly. anyone know of anyone having this prob or ever had this prob?

please help

are you getting any codes or are you tuned?

maybe you have a dirty maf sensor as i did check on that cause my car sometimes didnt wanted to start or idling would go as low as 500 or sometimes it would revved itself. All i did was clean the sensors also removed the battery to reset everything and tada running like new again
