geats and t-loc will be $300 alone. shift kit will put up more then $300, labor is whats going to kiss you, its will take a while to install the gears, t-loc and shift kit. and plan on leaving your car there a soolid 2 days at a bust shop, because they have other cars to work on too

250 tops for gears and t-lok 50 tops for shift kit
it is just bearings and a shift plate, your car shouldn't take more than 2-3 hours of solid labor from a good shop, as for breaking axles go smack your friend with a fish cause your not gonna break them until about 300hp on the street, 250hp maybe with a hard launch on slicks

You wont break your axle.....but you should be easy on the car for atleast 500 miles so the gears can break in. Beating on it can wear the gears down since they will not have cured to their maximum strength. That is what the friction modifier helps do.

i think mustang world has one

its really not hard
you unbolt the pan cover
your gonna remove the filter
your gonna unbolt and remove the assembly inside the tranny
make a few holes bigger and replace soem springs

Bolt it back in
refill it
kapeesh

theres more to it
but anyone with a little automotive knowledge can do it

Figure around 300 for the gears/t-lok install. Usually someone who works on trannys wont know how to do axle work and vice versa. I wouldnt trust the same guy working on two completely separate areas of the car.
