aesthetics question

Is it just bad taste to put a Cobra emblem on the rear bumper of my v6?
I bought the car lowered with Cobra R wheels and the back bumper has an impressions from a Cobra emblem that used to be there, and it won't go away. I figured to just put on a new cobra emblem to get rid of that blemish.

Any suggestions on getting it cleaned? I would rather have nothing than a tacky 3.8 or another horse to go on my car.
Hmusn, what do you mean by waxing?
