02 sensor problems

i got 02 sensor extension for my longtubes and the original sensors fit into the extension but the extension does not fit into the original harness becuase of the clips that help line up the prongs. should i just file off those clips and still have the one main clip work? and the wires look backwards on the bottom (gray and black). will they work fine? also i have a gt x pipe but the sensor holes look like they are too far back. with the MIL eliminators will these still fit or will a need a new sensor with a longer cord? PLEASE HELP

Alot of people have had the same problem. As long as the color wires stay the same....then just cut or file off the clips, and then secure the connection with electrical tape.

the wires on one side should be a different color than the other. just match up the colors. i think mine were black/gray on one side and green/purple on the other

but as in length because the V6 driver side is far away from the back hole for the sensor. the MIL and original rear sensor will reach on a gt mid pipe
