How do You Get Sponsored?

You build a hell of a car like few people can build. Then, you go out and start whooping some serious ass with said car. After that, if you're lucky, some company will decide that other people will want to be like you and they will give you parts and maybe a little cash so you can advertise for thm and they can write all the $ off on taxes.

built a good car, at track ppl will see u and if they think ur good material u will be lucky and get sponsored

send out a lot of emails to new companys, get rejected a lot, find a good gimic (mines I live on a college campus and a lot of kids see my car) and eventually some company will say yes and give you one part then more will come in and so on.

you have to go to about 5 shows a year and work your ass off for it... look at autobadges.com ... they sponsor people from what i hear but again you have to do a bit of work for it

buy a v8....nah im just messing....i did the car sponsership.com thing and my car was stock at the time...they said something about you have a car that is nice to hook up and i paid 80 bucks....then after all that then said i had to win first place in a car show to get it....with stock srt i dont think so

carsponsorships.com is a scam and they aren't spoused to charge you unless they get you a sponsor might wanna check that out white thunder

i think i got accepted for a sponsership like 6 months back, i didnt do it because i beleive you have to put stickers on your car, and i hate doing that, but my scam was that my car was a 94 v6 and it had 215K on it so i drive ALOT, and i frequently go to local scenes where car guys hang out alot lol, hey man it worked, never pursued it because it couldve been bullshit but who knows

heres how i got mine:

1.you write up everything about your car and yourself you can think of. talk about how you can benifit the company and why they should even consider you over anyone else.

2. you send emails out to every aftermarket parts company on the internet

3. the majority of the companies wont respond, but i got emails back laughing at me, mocking me, and quite a few other things i thought to be unproffesional of a major aftermarket parts company.

luckily for me i send the right email at the right time. i spend 6 months after that first email working out the details and exchanging nermerous emails about different aspencs of the sponsorship because the company that sponsors me has never sponsored a car before me. in the end he wrote up an agreement, emailed it to me, we discussed what changes needed to be made.a few phone calls later and finally agreed on a deal,signed some papers, and i finally started my sponsorship on jan 1st! my first parts are in the mail on there way here as we speak!

i couldnt be happier, it happened to work out for me. however i got a killer deal and most sponsorships require you to work way harder then i will have to. but i just send the right email at the right time and made aa good impression.

i know a good ass V6 parts seller then kinda sponsors but honestly i wouldnt recommend anyone to them or at least not to many people to them on this site. the people i'd recommend to them probably do not want it. you guys can PM me about it but if i dont PM you back about it...you'll get the point
