96-98 2.5" Dura Black Coated to MAC Long Tubes

I doubt it.

do you have long tubes? and I am guessing by your avatar that you don't have a 96-98 mustang.

planning on getting long tubes.
AM advertise their mid pipes as 96-04 thats why i asked.

the mid pipes are 96-04 for regular length midpipes. for long tubes, mac makes them 94-97 and 99-04. you need the appropriate mid pipe. it should bolt up, but for perfect alignment of the pipes, it is best to get the right part for the right fit.
