New exhaust

Serefire Newbie 1999 3.8 V6 Mustang Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: Washington, Illinois Posts: 32	New exhaust BBK Shorty Headers (99-04 V6) Would those make a good investment? And What else should I look into getting muffler and pipe wise? Recommendations much appreciated!

It is widely accepted that shorty headers offer very little benefit over the stock manifolds. Longtubes offer more gain, but even then, they don't offer great bang-for-the-buck on stock-ish cars... power-wise, at least.
