Gears, T-lok, Tuner ordering this weekend


Set on

3.73 gears
t-lok
sct xcal2 tuner


what do i all need for the install so i don't have to pay extra for a shop to use theirs?

im 5 speed too but everyones sayin dont fear the gear to go with 4.10s anyway

with 5 spd first will be lost the way it is... for f/i i would have to launch in second haha there would be no first what so ever

You should replace the bearings and such in your rear-end while they have it out...Mustang Tuning sells the install kit that you need...I would also go with the bearing kit as well...

just buy an instal kit from drivetrain specialists. best price and includes everything, including friction modifier, but excludes the actual gear oil

i don't think drivetrain sells 3.73s for the 7.5" anymore cuz tehre discontinued

yea i couldnt find them at ebay drivetrain just other mustang sites...the berrings how much is that about?

well i fouind drivetrain is suposedly selling them right now at a cheap price of 129.99 for FRPP gears, and found a t-lok at rpmoutlet.com for 189.99 then the install kit was somewhere else im sure,

for the tlock woould i need the cross shaft that they offer at rpmoutlet?

who makes the tlok? frpp or auburn or eaton? get the auburn if possible, or frpp is good. all you need is the differential set and ready to accept gears.
