i ran 23second in the 1/4 so i wouldnt really say i had my best run at the track today

i ran 13.6 then 13.7 while the "problem was semi accuring...i also missed 3rd gear on the 13.6 run. and spun =/
13.7 was just the mechanical issue

my freinds i roc ran a 17.5 because his exhaust fell off and was riding his drive shaft

well i didn't think cluch cuse u have a stage 2 and that isent that big of a deal, don't think drive shaft because u have a safty loop so it would just fall out but nothing to bad. and i gessed cylender

i didnt guess blown engine that just seemed kinda unrealistic to me. uve had the turbo on there for idk how long but if it was gonna pop it should have done it sooner right?

well if i had no driveshaft i wouldnt be able to coast down the track

good remembering ont he stage 2 clutch

if i weren't at work during the thread i would have placed my first bet on bending a rod... second belt is snapping the timing chain in half putting your engine out of commesion

true but then u just put it back in and r good to go.
is this a major problom that is gana put the car out of comition till it is fixed or is it alredy fixed sort of thing.

Tranny didnt blow
u-joints and driveshaft thankfully are good so i could drive home
the last thing that i honestly thought would happen is what happend tonight
i thought for sure tonight i'd blow my rear
well i was at the mustang Challenge here in florida
first pass i missed third and spun off the line and made a 13.6 pass. i was pissed.
second pass
for a while my second gear has been like clunking when i get in it. but tonight w/e i launch off the line kinda smooth i bogged but no clunk i get in second at about 4k rpms she SLOWLY SLOWLY climbs to 5500rpms and im like wtf?
third gear was fine and fourth was smooth
i was just thinking maybe my tune was acting up so to be safe i switched it

then my third pass..btw second pass was 13.77 -horrible
so i get to the line to a nasty long burn out because this time i said i break the rear or it lives and imake 12s!
so i get at the line
first gear slight clunk
i smacked it in to second and drop the clutch and there it went CLUNK! then just the gear grinding up. second gear WENT out, i went in third and just had the car hicupping down the track i was pissed and nervous. the track is about an hour and 30min from my house towing would be MURDER. i thought it was my rear then
im like no way my third works.
first works no second. point is the car drives so the rear is str8 the gear is just rattling like hell in the tranny.
i was like wow this whole time my last time at the track my second would clunk and i thought it was my rear

so tomorrow im taking out my tranny and going to the junk yard
$150ish for one
