me vs 3rd gen prelude?

So my friend and I were talking about cars and we got into the debate on who would win in a race. I have a 2003 v6 auto and my only upgrade so far is a CAI (with 12" subs in the back for some added weight) he has a manual 3rd gen prelude with an exhaust and possibly a CAI. What do you guys think?

I don't think you'll have a problem with a 3rd gen ....

keep in mind that that the prelude weighs only around 2500lbs AND you have added weight in your car so yur prolly around 3200lbs. plus the preludes have ALOT steeper gears than you.....they got 4.27 final gear ratio. What year 3rd gen? the 90/91 has 140hp. That with power to weight plus higher gears plus you having an auto basically stock.....id say you might lose.

yeah you have to do so much work to be able to put a turbo on that POS engine, it has no power till 6k rpm then every shift you have to get it back into the power band, s2000= pos give me a turbo k20 civic anyday

and unless he is boosted you should be able to take him
