07 Mustang K&N intake tune or no tune

I'm thinking about purchasing a K&N 69 series for my 07 v6 mustang but i'm not sure if it needs a specific tuning chip or even tuning at all. I only have enough money for the intake alone with no tuning so it's kind of important i figure this out before i buy it. The one I'm looking at is on autoanything.com
Thanks

DO NOT search rpmoutlet. If you want a reason just type rpmoutlet into the forum search bar
