Wrecked Car

So I just spent the last 3 hours pulling my car out of a ditch. I was driving how and I started down a hill which turned out to be covered with ice so bad I could barely stand up. 5 mins later a guy drives by icing the road(could have used him a few mins ago) so my front bumper is fucked, everything else seems to be ok though. I need to put it on the lift to double check, but now I have to go to bed and wake up in 2 hours to go to school. Joy.

sorry to hear about the wreck man...atleast YOU are ok. This is why i tell people to just get a pos beater for 500 bucks for the winter. Ice is a lose/lose situation unless you have chains or converted into a tank.

Well I put it on the lift today. My front bumper will have to go, but I already have a front bumper cause when I bought my GT rear bumper I got the front one too. So no harm there. I bent my radiator support, I don't have to replace it , but I will have to take out the radiator so we can bend the support back. Other than that my car is fine. I'm sure my alignment is out, but when I lowered my car and got it aligned I have this 6 month warranty on my alignment so it will be free to get that done.

+1. these poly-urethane bumpers are tanks. i hydroplaned into a ditch over the summer and no damage at all. looked kind of like yours, but i popped it all back right there on the spot.

Yea I already popped it back out, but its all scratched up when you get closer to it + its actually busted i 2 spots. Since I already have another bumper why not change it.

Since I have to take my radiator out anyway should I get a better one? I don't know if I would benefit form it or not, bu I figured if I should get one why not get it while I'm taki mine out already.

While you have the bumper off...

Throw an intercooler in their, just in case you ever need it later
