Exhaust problems
Ok well.. I recently got the Flowtech Afterburners put on my H-pipe. (they are offset/center in mufflers)
It sounds a lot better than running straight pipes but it's still not sounding the way I want it to. I came across AtlanticBlue's youtube videos and his exhaust sounds amazing for a V6. I'm just not sure what I'm doing wrong. Do headers make it sound more throatier? Does the type of pipe matter? Or... the exhaust shop that put on my cataylic converters could of gave me shitty ones. |

i have no catalytic converters. long tubes dont necessarily make the sound, just flow. the long tubes make it almost impossible to fit a usefully heated catalytic converter. if you want it louder, no cats will do that. the tone comes from the mufflers though.
