Just a quick little question.

How do you remove your headlights? haha.

Told you, quick, haha.

Kidding, I have the general idea, I just dont want to mess something up, haha. Cant risk it.

open hood

pull up two black pins behind headlights

pull out headlight

unplug

So, I went out there, didnt see any pins. I saw what I thought was pins and pulled them out, but no luck with the head lights. Point me in the direction with a picture?

man I dont have any but they are black two per side and sit on top of the light shaped like an upside down L with the tab you pull being on top of the light pull both straight up and then wiggle the light out

if you take pics of the top of the light i can show you

Title says it all. Ive tried several things to get the lens off, but it wont budge.

what the hell are you trying to do lol

and bake it in the oven for 10 mins on 450 degrees the pop the lens tabs off

do whatever your doing to it

pop the tabs back into place

put back in oven for 10 mins

apply even pressure to reseal it

And are you being serious about baking it?

yeah I am its the only way to get the sealing glue soft enough to pull it apart, and use acetone to clean the lense it is all that will work

are they fogged up from the inside or outside?

its not hard just

preheat over to 450

place in headlight for 10 mins

use flathead screw driver to pry tabs off (be careful)

clean lenses well with acetone

clip tabs back in

place in over for 10 more mins

apply even pressure over lense to make sure seal is secure

pretty clean lights

if they are foged up from the outside doesnt that mean its permanent and time for new ones. cuz that how mine r and im lookn to get new ones off ebay

no it is common with plastic headlihts the fogging and yellowing is a mold that grows you can clean it out
