100K on a car is nothing, my v6 has 215K on it, had no real problems with it besides the radiator and waterpump, starter etc, stupid little things, it prob wouldve been fine, i wouldve gone with a few differnet cars before the scion, but there nice, not bad looking cars, why not go with a GT?

well i go to school three hours away from school and my dad had problems with me driving an 8 year old car lol, and my dad liked the scion cause it was a Toyota and got good gas mileage, as for a GT he was paying and wanted me to get something new lol

I actually love the scion though it is a great car, and a lot of fun to drive

good to hear, and three hours a day is alot to drive, at least we know your not a ricer in the scion, at least i know that some one respectful out there is modding it and not some stupid kid thats going to rice it out, any big plans for it in the future

haha def dont drive everyday I live in a dorm lol, and yeah no rice here, I have a 50 wet shot in the mail and i wanna do cams this summer if the damn company promising to make them will get of their ass

lol i know how that is, its like trying to get a part from mac when the parts not in stock, i waited over month to get my H pipe for my 94 v6 a year back, and ive been waiting for like 3 weeks for my exits for my mach now lol, i raced a scion back in the day, it had a intake,header,no cats,and a better muffler,axle or catback whatever they call them on those cars, and the kid ran a 15.7 against me, so im guessing your a better driver then him lol, all of this is from what he told me of course, i saw a intake and muffler upgrade, and it was decently loud

Ok, thanks for the suggestions everyone. I was kinda likin the idea that I would have the "brand name kudos" for when I go to the yearly show here... however I think I will go with one of the ebay cai... no point in paying double the money for a K&N logo in the engine. I can always slap a K&N filter on it, and find a decal to slap on the piping. Most people wont know the difference =P.

dont put a KN sticker on a non-Kn product...that will be stupid. as long as it looks good, no need for stickers and decals.
