oh okay cool... mach up the headers and place the mat before installing... and if you do wrap them do that before installing too... though only wrap the collector part thats the only part that rubs...

and make sure you jack the car up pretty high in the front ... i had trouble with my driver side but thats caused i didn't jack it up high enough which took and hour to finally get right

I sprayed my header bolts with liquid wrench and let it soak for 10-15 minutes and the old studs broke loose nice and easy

My problem was getting the new ones on... that was a bitch to do... cause i couldn't wrestle them and the gasket into place right... I would suggest to any one who does this install to mate the gasket and the header together using the uhh... liquid gasket stuff... its a new formula that is orange... just put your header bolts through the headers and then put some of this orange shit around the header flange... just enough to get the two to stick together... apply the metal header gasket and then clamp it all together with the bolts still in for alignment reasons... let it sit so it can dry and seal then your good to go

I had my car on a lift and they were still a pita to install. I pretty much had the same problems with the gasket, but i managed to get everything lined up. The EGR hookup was probably the biggest pita for me. Also, i dont know if it was mentioned yet.....dont forget to torque the header bolts after you put them on, and again once the car has been run/driven a few times.
