Switching To A Better Gas?


what will that do if i switch from regular to plus... aside from make it a more expensive fill up?!

Absolutely nothing on a V6 motor.

unless you are running a high compression motor or a boosted setup switching to a better grade will do nothing but take more money out of your pocket.

or if you change timing and tune for higher octane. nothing on stock though

Nope not since your car adjusts the timing for 87 octane. You can reflash the ECU with an X-cal and tune it for a higher octane but with a stock tune you will not get better MPG
