email/call ssms and talk to them about your plans and they can build the cam to your specs

it all depends since u only have p&p heads u don't probaly want to go to agresive.
also r u loking at doing any valve train work. because you will need new springs with the cam.

and since you r in there you may want to look in to RR's.

once u have it that far apart look at the cam barings, lifters, pushrods, if any thing has wear on it you may want to replace it while you are in there.

if you fill in some aspects like what you r planing, how well p&ped the heads r gana be and such, i can help you rifine the specs for your cam.

hmm well im not building a race car haha its still gonna be a daily driver, but i was lookin for somethin that would have a subtle improvement for performance, but drastic power gains are not necessary...just figured id get a better cam...doesnt even have to be brand new, if anyone is sellin a cam with all the shit i need to install it, id be happy lol

you want to talk to a specialist... someone who does this for a living... also look into better rollers & rockers as well as push rods and springs... you might need to get them you might not

bigger then 218/224 duration, maybe something along the line of 212/218 or 214/220 would be good for you.

And ya roller rockers or as I say RR’s would be a nice little addition, which may very likely need new push rods for.
