I want to join car clubs, but also would like to street race and ultimately just mess around is why I want nitrous. What is the built bottom end? Like boring or something?

I want to be super fast its concievable for me to have cai, tuner, dual exhaust,gears,8.8 rearend, turbo, nitrous, cam, shifter, throttle body and spacer all by 2009 How fast would that get me w/o having slicks or a drag type car? Btw twin-turbo or s/c whichever is the best of the best.
well do a lot of reserch on this because there are a lot more parts taht you will want then waht you listed.
also when you sai concievable what do you mean. because you caould have all that easy, it is just a mater of how deep your pockets are.

well true yes, by concievable I mean I have to earn l the money, but for instance this spring I know all I can do is wheels, tires, gears and/ or a rearend if I have to have a 8.8 I also am getting the car wetsanded and buffed, leather seats, new cd player, maybe rear seat delete also. Thats all I can afford this year, because I also have a winter truck that needs a attention it is a 97 Expedition it need tires and wheels, small amount body work, fender flares, lift?, running boards, maybe brush guard(ok so it doesn't NEED all that) Now looking ahead to 2009 I can only afford the price range of the stuff I mentioned, but if you take turbo off the list that frees up money. Not sure I have a lot of debt to work on to free up more credit lol sorry that was wordy

ok well id say that you could have full bolt-on's, some suspention work, and some suporting mods (meaning beter flowing intake, trany work, 8.8, aluminum drivshaft, ect.) and maby start saving up for the turbo.

i recommend the nitto 555r
they're a Drag tire and they work well on the street! im 6months on it no problem in rain or shine

american muscle sells them with free shipping

honestly if you really want to do the whole street racing thing
nitrous isnt the best idea and then again theres no point in putting $5+k in the car only to get it impounded for illegal street racing

but either way nitrous isnt the best idea unless you STRICKLY race for money. no need to waste money filling the bottle to make oh what 5 races or so.
then when your outta juice your out! no nitrous fill up at 11-3 at night/morning

unlike the drag strips that have fill ups til they close

the whole street racing scene just isnt a good idea
take it from somone who just paid $1k for a lawyer and is still awaiting to see what happens in court
its stupid and NOT worth it
