i have a 96 v6 with who knows how many miles (the odometer stopped at 109k and that was before i drove it from Cali to Alaska). she still runs strong and i can drive her hard anytime i wish. like AB said... keep up with a normal maintenance schedule and it will last a very long time

I have a 95 convert with 150K and it runs great. Just keep up on the maintenance and you should be fine.

not sure what your plans are, but not like i would go boosting a 150k v6 without taking some things into consideration first

Mileage dosent mean anything to me. As long as the car is in good shape, thats what i look for. YOu can buy a new or rebuilt engine from $1000+. That much money aitn nothing to me if it means giving a nice car 5-6 more years of life. You might have other issues that will need fixing along the way but even so its better than have a 6 year car payment of $300+ each month.
