Ports?

Ok I feel retarded asking this as I often do feel when talking about cars...I was cruising the threads and swear I saw something about dual ports of some sort vs single. Maybe for intake or who knows what. Anyhow what the heck was I reading anyone know? It was apparent dual was better and what do I have with my 99 V-6 3.8L auto. Also maybe I need another mod done =) Someone please help!!!

your 99 is splitport. long and short intake runners = 12 runners for 6 cylinder and is better than the pre99 singleports
