swapping axle/engine/tranny

first question, im buying a direct bolt up axle kit and aluminum drive shaft. Does anyone know if i will need any special tools to get this job done? I talked to the people selling it and they said i can use the same yolks on the old drive shaft, but I've never taken a drive shaft off before.

2nd question, how long does it take to swap an axle if you don't know what ur doing but you have a hanes manual? weekend?

3rd question. is it possible to pull engine and tranny out in one piece? or do you have to separate them?

No special tools. a socket wrench and a torque wrench for reinstalation

are you swapping the entire axle out?
if so get her on a lif and it wont take more than a weekend if you work at it

yes you can pull them both out at once
make sure everything is disconected
remove the k member dont forget that lol

well i was going to try to pull the axle out in my dads garage cause uhh i dont have anywhere to ship it. but i weight 155 so it shouldnt be too cramped

Hey you dont have to pul out the engien k member all you the only suport you relly have to pull out is the trany suport and then you have to give it a little giggle
