cold air intake should take about a half hour to install with basic handtools (i.e. a flat head screwdriver and small socket set). they are all the same essentially with metal pipes and a conical filter. the best on the market is the tunable induction demolet cai.

for pulleys, asp 25% is the best out there. it can be installed with a harmonic balancer puller tool from autozone, and i would not take a car to the shop to put on these bolt on mods.

i put these on my car when i was 16 years old by myself

Since your car is stock you have no need to for that regulator. Also not many people know too much about it. For the spark plug wires. Go with a set of msd 8.5mm superconductors, some FRPP wires, or Livewires. If your gonna change your spark plug wires I would change the coil packs as well. Go with the Screamin Demon Coil Packs from www.v6mustangstuff.com. Extremely easy to install. I went from a stock distributor and stock wires to the Screamin Demon Coil Packs and Livewires. You can feel the difference, and also makes your car sound better. I'm thinkin bout switching to MSD wires though. They are less bulky and run on lower ohms.

One more note. I would be REAL careful about buying any high dollar bolt ons on Ebay. If it sounds to good to be true 99% of the time it is.
