Cant Fit Subwoofer Into Trunk

Aeroz Newbie Join Date: Jun 2006 Posts: 29	Cant Fit Subwoofer Into Trunk I went and bought a subwoofer encloser (with subs enclosed) from ebay (i was stupid and didnt get my trunk measurements, but I figured it would fit) I have a 1999 v6 mustang, the sub box wont fit through the trunk or through the back seat. Is there anyway to maybe make enough room to fit it in? I know this is a stretch, but in the back seat where the seats lock in place, could i cut the board with the locks on them off and fit in the subwoofer? (i could worry about the seats later.

id say sell it and get a custom one... that would be a lot easier than tryin to make one fid... and make sure you get dynamat... a lot of people including myself have had big problems with the trunk reattling... good luck with whatever you decide though
