its not a lose valve
a lose valve would be rattling like hell in the cylinder

it clicks at idle a little from the sound
its really hard to determine with the quick revs

didnt work
here is another persons suggestion:
exhaust leak and a little ticking noise in the background from the valve train .

and

Sounds like something rubbing a rocker arm (bent push rod?) and yeah I agree maybe an exh leak too

i just got finished taking off my valve covers and i found out what the problem is....its a collapsed\stuck lifter....i checked the rockers and they were tight and the pushrods are not spinning and they look like their not bent....so the only other thing is the lifters....
