There are plenty of stroker kits for the v6. Most have forged internals except for the crank. If you want a forged crank you either gotta stay 3.8L or get one custom (VERY EXPENSIVE).

What is the largest stroker kit currently available for the V6? BTW my ultimate goal is a stroked out Twin turbo V6. Can the non forged crank hold up to the 14 or so PSI I'll be throwing at it?

yes more then 14
4.2 is probably safest to do with a .20 over bore on the cylinders
you can do 4.3L and a .30 over bore too 14psi is giggles for 8:5:1 CR and 91-93 octane

Cool thanks Chris. Anybody have any opinions as to who makes the best kit?

tom morana

I will give my story in short. Ordered 4.3 stroked and heads. 2 years later and no mechanic can get this 2005 v6 running properly. sent it back to morana...said he fixed the imbalance problem....when we got it back to western canada...he lied. Ford engineers even said it was kaput. so 15000 dollars later...still only slightly better than stock...with many other mods. This man is to be taken to court potentially
