Need Help on Windows

Window Problem, my dad closed the door a little to hard i think cause i heard the crack. the glass came out of the slot that it sits in. im going to have to take off the door panel to glue it back on, but im not to sure what type of glue to use. the other problem is that it lifted off and bent the outside rubber lining, and aside from calling it the outside rubber linining i dont know what its "scientific" name is. so any direction on where to find the right glue and lining?

the window should bolt into place on its mechanicm in the door, and the weather stripping is the name.... 5.0resto
