Interior Gauges


when i turn on my lights the gauges usually light up. well the other day when i turned on my lights the gauges didnt light up, the clock didnt light up, and the lights down by the stick PRND21 didnt light up. i checked the fuses and they were all fine. does anyone know what it could be?

That happened to me once , only to find out that i had my interior lights at the lowest light level setting ..... have u tried twisting the knob?

did you play with the guage cluster at all or anyone else like put in after market ones? cause it has to be shorting out somewhere do you still have interior dome lights? and the HVAC (air conditioning) lights?

ya if i turn the knob all the way over i get the interior light. i think it is shorting out somewhere i just dont know how to fix it.

you check out the blubs? it;s not to hard to get inbehind there just need some torque wrenches

i dont think i get air conditioning lights either. i have messed with it for over an hour. im about to the point where i start taking shit apart

haha i would do you happen to have an am meter? or one of those ciruit checker screw drivers?

i doubt its the bulbs. u know how unlucky and rare it would be for your gauge bolts and clock bolts to go out at the same time....possibly a fuse. check the fuse box for a messed up fuse. if not maybe u've got it set too dim...?

haha hey shit happens if something shorted out like a wire touchign the frame it could wreck alot of things
