Trouble Starting 2000 V6 3.8 Mustang.
I just recently started having trouble starting my Mustang. The engine will turn over and even fire, but will not stay running unless I keep my foot on the gas pedal. What should i check first?

Clean your MAF and IAT, check of any vacuum leaks and if you just put on a CAI recheck it.

check everything green faleen said, There is a big vaccum line on the drivers side of the upper intake that will cause the car to not run at all if it is off.
Also check to make sure a plug wire hasnt melted through and is grounding out on your exhaust, that happened to me
