If I were to buy these could it be done before I do exaust work. how much of an hp gain? with a 207/215 cam and your average bolt-ons like CAI, UDP, takeoff exhaust (without headers) you are looking at around 210hp +/- to the wheels

Sure is, 207/215 is a great cam for a V6. I should know, I have one

VERY noticeable gains.

I bought the cam and the gaskets/shims through RPM. I think when it was all said and done I paid about $600 total. I got a killer deal on installation tho
