Check Engine Light HELP???

So about a month ago i posted that my check engine light came on. It said that cylinder 1 was misfiring at 1000 rpms. And every time i would acelerate it would go fast then slow in and out thorough each gear. Expecially in the lower rpms. So we changed the spark plugs and wires last week. After that the light went off but the problem keeps happening. Because the light isnt on nohting is reading but it wont stop. i have run fuel injector cleaner through it and premium gas but nothing is working. we are prob. goin to take it to a mechanic unless anyone on here can help me...

check your air filter, run an injector cleaner and check your coils

Swap the coils around and see if the code follows the coil. If not you may have a bad injector.
