for those that dont know the damage or how it happend
basically that spring as you can see collapsed and took a shit
inturn the retainer dropped which keeps the keepers holding the valve stem
once the retainer drops the keepers do...and its only a matter of time before the valve drops and well you've seen what happens...

obdnanr make sure they have the torque specs
the stud goes in hand tight all the way down! not wrench tight just with an alan key
the head torque is 105-110 MUST be lubed with oil on the threads

the mains are 80-85ft lbs also need lubrication
the pitch on the bottom studs dont need a large amount

they shouldnt have to take off the mains

the connecting rod they will' thats torque to 64ft lbs!

So you dropped a valve. At the very least you need a new head and piston.

Might be caused by over revving at the dyno?

because i've come to the realization that it just doesn't make any sense to pour money into my sixxer when I can start out with something that is already almost everything I want.
The sixxer is getting boltons and MAYBE a 75 shot. It's purpose is as a daily driver and eventually a show car.
I'm going to finance myself a termi becaust, imo, it's the sexiest mustang made so far. That one is DEFINITELY going to be a show car. I won't go beyond bolt-ons on that one either, but with the way the termi responds to mods, bolt ons will be enough for me.

I would just give up and junk the car. Buy a new one or something.
