cause your tires are designed to stick to a road and not the sticky track the track is a different compound that is sticker but only to a tire that is made for it

Do you burn them before going down the track or just line up? Cuz on the street your tires are going to be warm and grip better than cold tires on the track.

to answer the question
street tires on strip dont grip as good as the street
for STREET tires

there is no point in warming up street tires at a track and doing burnouts
you'll have less traction then doing a quick 1-2second burn out
literally just let the car reach redline when burning and stop.

+1 a little bark just to get some heat in the tires and your good smoke is usually a bit to much on street tires
