well FORD says

timing chain
honestly i wouldnt go through the trouble of getting to the timing chain

02sensor-id deffinitly do that
air filter
oil filter-oil change
fuel filter
transmission flush
check your shocks out/springs
spark plugs
spark plugs wires
vacuum hoses
if you really wana go the extra miles check out the fuel injectors

99-00 engines tend to carbon up the rear two cylinders (#3 and *6) due to defective PCV design. If you start to get a lot of pinging on acceleration there are chemical methods to remove the carbon.

i have 180K miles on my 1995
head gaskets blew at 154K
never changed timing chain. Should I?
ditto injectors
i guarentee i redline her twice a day
stock alternator new battery at 150
new vacuum hoses (bad ones cause horrid idle problems)
Tremec T5 untouched
new clutch
without the headgasket thing it has been a pretty uneventful car
just keep with basic maintenennce
