gas mileage


im gettin like exactly 203 miles per tank of gas with a shot of lucas, is that reasonable? Any tips for getting better gas mileage?

i used to get about 210. but with the new spark plugs and all i get about 260 ish... 210 is aweful

yeah that kinda sucks bro lol i get 250+ in mine sometimes closer to 300...seafoam that thing plus what GF said

Mostly high way driving, good maintenance, low overall mileage on the car, just a little over 47,000 on a 02.

when my car was stock i got 250 on a tank of gas till the fuel light came on. This is city and highway.

that mpg sucks. with bolt ons and 4.10s out back, i still get 270 miles per tank. 270 miles/15.5 gallon tank = 17.5 mpg

redline is not uncommon
and i thought my mileage was shit

200 highway (70mph or 3k rpms) and about 65-75 in city working 3 days a week

BTW guys, you shouldn't run your tank down below the E. In fact it's best to fill up before you get below a 1/4 tank. When you get too low on gas all the sediment and crap in your gas tank gets sucked into the engine. I'm not saying it'll kill your car or anything like that. However, over time it does have an effect. It could be contributing to the low MPG.
