yeah, i've read alll the kelly's, NADA, edmunds appraissals, now i'm looking for normal peoples appraisal. unfortunately kelly is not buying my car, a normal person is.

stang_king_08 - it depends whether you buy it used from a dealership or from a "for sale by owner deal" --dealerships usually charge more for the exact same car than if you bought it from a private owner. so you're price was probably about right.

i looked on craigslist in my area (NY) and some people are selling there 00's for over 10K and it blows my mind, i guess as long as you're able to find a buyer who's willing to pay the price you mark it at then you're good. its all about luck i suppose to a degree.
