its a good plan but also think that those power packs from super six aren't exactly cheap, the stage 2 is 2k and the stage 3 is alot more. your better off doing the work your self. either that ok become real good friends with a machine shop

Yep. Good stuff over there, but if ya can go for 4.2L stuff. (Stroker kit, manifolds, heads, cam) You would be extremely happy. I may eventually do that. Don't know.

a 4.2 is a stroked 3.8. the exhaust and all is the same, but intakes will be different if you go stage 3, therefore no cai, or w/e will work. a lot of fab. work will be needed if you want to do other engine bolt ons, and tuning will be required

Yea, I know I'm not AB but I'm gonna give my .02 on that setup. It is a very different setup, but my main concern is if a rock does get into the side scoop, and into the turbine of your turbo. Your pretty much screwed if that does happen. Also that setup looks like it would have clearance issues with your backseat, I'm pretty sure you don't want people sitting on your turbos. One more thing. That isn't for a v6, and your gonna have to custom fab up that kit if you want it. Those Turbos are far too large for a v6. Your gonna need different flanges, different turbos, different turbo headers. IMHO that is far too much work for a car that see's street use. The fact that the turbos are where the backseat would be is what worries me. I'm tellin you that cobra is not a daily driven cobra.

i personally dont even see the point...how much faster could it spool there then under the hood...im sticking with the TMA twin turbo set up when the time comes. ive seen video that there stuff work on drag and street. so i trust it

haha k first it;s better int here cause it's cold air. second the whole rock thing.. man rain doesn;t even get in there they said so far. even if it did i could just block that off and vent it off somewhere else. as far as too big of a turbo i know haha i was gona change it anyways along with some of the other stuff but thats just an idea of what i want lol not the actual thing haha i can't go piece for piece with a cobra lol. and i don;t let people sit in the back seat i'm tearing it out to make a custom sub box so meh no worries there. plus have you even tried sitting in the back seats? unless you 5"9 or shorter you don't really fit .. your head hits the roof haha especially when speed bumps come along lol *tried and tested* haha anyways like i said i want a sleeper lookin one
more or less i go hey... so lets look for the turbo haha and as far as work goes i'm a mechanical engineer in training right now.. so it might be fun for me.

well you'd have to block it off with something strong. A rock goin about 40 mph will tear up stuff easily. I know what it's like to be in the back seat of a Mustang. I'm about 6'1" or so I don't even need speed bumps to hit my head. If it's somethin that you really wanna try best of luck to you, but I personally think it is a bit of a waste. Also turbos run off of exhaust gasses. Yes, they prefer colder weather, but still it comes down to the fact that they run off of exhaust...thats hot.

If any one has any better modifaction that are better then these that i had in mind and in the same price range pleaz tell me.
