you gain roughly .5 of a second or more depending on gear choice
the main down fall is the single port intakes and heads

1++
spend some of that s/c money on exhaust, split port swap, and maybe have that split port intake ported and polished

I unfortunately do not. However, if you check out you tube you'll be able to find LOTs of clips. I will tell you that I really really like my exhaust setup. It sounds very much like a GT.

You really should go true dual. You'll need to switch out your y-pipe for and h-pipe or an x-pipe. I prefer the H-pipe.

yes ... gears are a torque multiplier ... like i said in a different thread all it does is change the drive ratio to make life easier on the rest of the drive train... 4.10 gears end up turning the rear axles 4.1 times for every revolution of the drive shaft... wait no thats backwards isn't it? 4.1 on the drive shaft = one turn of the axle... yea thats it... all the power is made at the engine and gears ANY where in the drive train be it tranny or rear end do not affect the over all power but help it get to the ground

yeah at that high of speed you are pretty much dead....but id rather have my seat belt on, stuck in the car, and get killed instantly then be thrown out of the car to break every limb in my body, 3rd degree burns everywhere, bleeding to death

Its all situational tho. My cousin was thrown from a car where if he HAD he seatbelt on he would have been crushed by the roof. He only broke his collar bone from being thrown. Still sucks but not dead.
