Wipers!
So, my wipers are being all kinds of crazy lately. One day they'll be going REALLY slow, the next they stop way up high and then the wind pushes them a little and they won't stop after that EVEN THOUGH THE KNOB IS ALL THE WAY BACK, and today they're fine. ideas?

Sounds kinda like the motors for the wiper arms are going bad or possibly where the motor connects to the wiper arms aren't connecting well. Take the wiper arms and inspect the little arm that goes inside the wiper arms first.
