Rattle at 2k RMPs

So some idiot backed into my rear bumper a while ago. Fine with me, his fault, I paid the shop the difference and had a GT bumper installed over my dual exhaust. Cool. Nice day for me.

The problem is that ever since I've had a rattle appear at around 2,000 RPMs. I don't know if the bumper fix had anything to do with it but it seems to be the last major thing that happened to my car before it appeared.

Any ideas? I've taken it in for a tune-up and everything checked out within tolerances. Ford didn't even touch my engine. I'm pretty much at a loss.

also it could be the bumper mount things under the car that hook onto the frame sometimes they can rattle... i would also check your catalytic converter heat shields

Had a look the last time I changed my oil. Everything was fine.

Can you give us any idea where the rattle is coming from? From the front, back, passenger side, driver side, both?

My best guess is somewhere in the front middle/passenger side.

Wouldn't that have shown up on the tune-up? Or does that simply cover internals?
