How Strong Are These 3.8's Damn?

Now, I know the v6's are lighter and might need a little less hp to go as fast. I am consistantly seeing these tt v6's running 10's all day long on stock everything. how much hp can these things handle?

ive yet to see a TT v6 run 10's
if you look at TMA, stock v6's with TT set up run 12's
ive seen mid 11 twin turboed v6's but never 10's
my personal goal is 11 flat
with 15psi or more. and a motor more then capable of handling it with bolt ons and other goodies

i kno this is gonna sound stupid, but wouldnt a tt gt be all the more faster just because the base engine is an 8, or does tt do something special for the 6?

well, more displacement and forged internals with the same level of boost makes more power, regardless of cylinder numbers- so the mod 4.6 will win that with its high rpm power band and high rev capabilities and low compression parts when built for forced induction.

Turbo V8 > Turbo V6

Single turbo GT's are sick

Turbo V8 > Turbo V6

Single turbo GT's are sick
Turbo V10>Turbo V8 (for that matter)

Turbo Vipers would be the sickest. But the question was pertaining to the V6. :wink
