whats needed to beat an rx-8?

i have stocked to several people with the swap and they say the car handles great not as much with the rortary but they say it still handles great and it would be the same with ls1 just not as different since the ls1 is lighter

I dont think its the same. Ls1 = 48lbs heavier.
Battery in the trunk = 48lbs
50/50 weight is back...

rx 8 are slow as balls i have an automatic and the rx8 i raced was a stick and i got him by like a car and a half if not more
