exactly, a standard transmission is worth less in america. always will be compared to current auto trannies.

it wasnt exactly 15k more.. im paying like 19 or 20k for mine and the other one i whanted was like 28-30k it was there custom ordered california edition which i was told was priced 10k over average sticker price all i knwo for sure is they whanted 800 a month with a nice trade in and 1200 cash down

the only CA edition worth more than a GT is the California Special. You can get a GT of the same year cheaper than the v6 you bought

The price paid for auto over stick on average is only between 650 and 1000.00 depending on the dealer and what they want to rape you for.

Sounds to me like they had your palms flush on the desk for that story. 15K comes out of anybody's mouth for a manual upgrade to an auto, tell em to pound sand.

Secondly, you can't compare what you call a California Special (sounds like a cheesy gimic to me anyway) vehicle to a stock - auto - 6.

deffinitly agree wiht the guy above...

ive heard stick cost more tho...and its NEVER that much over auto...thats like the price difference between a GT and V6
